We are seeking a Project Coordiantor for our domestic and international projects. The ideal candidate should have:

 

  • min. 10 years of experience in project planning, permits, execution, and detailing for large-scale projects (International experience is a plus)

  • min. +10.000 m² completed project references.

  • Experience with construction and collaboration with large multidisciplinary teams.

  • Experience in developing drawing packages, consturction documents, samples/materials, and mock-ups

  • DD-level facade design skills, building detailing experience, and systems coordination know-how

  • Experience with costing, value engineering and construction management preferred;

  • A professional architecture degree (registration not mandatory)

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and scheduling

  • No travel restrictions

We are seeking experienced Architects for projects to be constructed in Turkey. The ideal candidate should have:

 

  • A professional architecture degree (registration not mandatory)

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in project planning, permits, execution, and detailing for large-scale projects (International experience is a plus)

  • Strong design background

  • Experience with construction and collaboration with large multidisciplinary 3rd parties (architects, engineers and consulants)

  • Experience in developing drawing packages, consturction documents, samples/materials, and mock-ups

To complement the team in Istanbul, we are seeking for immediate employment architects with great design skills.

 

Your profile:

 

  • A professional architecture degree (registration not mandatory)

  • Advanced 3D modelling and rendering skills to achieve realistic and creative imagery (Cinema4d, Sketchup, Rhino,)

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in conceptual projects. (competition experience is a plus)

  • Using Adobe CS and Lumion in advanced level is a must.

  • Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity3D will be an advantage

  • Ability to deal with tight deadlines professionally

To complement our Business Development team in Istanbul, we are seeking for immediate employment a Business Development Manager. This position may be filled on a full-time basis or through a consultancy arrangement.

 

The Business Development department at KAAT Architecture + URBAN is responsible for the management of the global portfolio of potential new project opportunities. The team collaborates closely with the Partners to carefully select and pursue new projects that align with the company's objectives. With a focus on the early stages of each project, the Business Development department plays a crucial role in shaping the portfolio.

 

The team is responsible for representing KAAT as well as establishing new relationships with important figures in the industry.

We offer a 3 months paid internship in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment that provides a challenging framework for your personal development.

 

  • At least 4 semesters of architecture studies

  • Very good knowledge of English

  • Very good CAD skills in AutoCAD, SketcUp, Adobe CS and Rhino

  • Porficiency in Lumion is an advantage

  • Available for 3 months
