The pavillion is located on Vatan Boulevard in front of Bezmi Alem University. The structure which is built using 80 tons of steel is modular, demountable and built without a concrete foundation. The project, consisting of aluminum plates bent at a length of 10 meters at one time, is a pioneer in terms of being manufactured in a single span at this size in Turkey. The canopy resembles the waving form of the sacred Turkish flag, and is embodied as a highly engineering product with its cantilever wings.
